Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of BH Live (the “Service”), operated by BeEzrat HaShem, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are between 13 and 18, you confirm that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements and that you are not barred from using the Service under applicable law.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information when registering, including any phone number used for verification or WhatsApp communication. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

BH Live provides AI-generated answers to questions you submit, drawing on a knowledge base of Torah, halacha, and related source material. The Service may include text chat, voice playback of answers, source citations, scheduled digests, and optional WhatsApp and email integrations. Features and limits depend on your subscription tier (see Section 6).

The Service uses artificial intelligence to summarise and synthesise information from third-party sources. AI output may be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. BH Live is provided for educational and informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for guidance from a qualified rabbi, halachic authority, or professional advisor. For any practical halachic question, marital matter, medical, legal, or financial decision, you must consult a qualified human authority. We are not responsible for actions you take based on Service output.

BH Live offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis at the price shown at checkout. By subscribing, you authorise us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel at any time from the Subscribe page or via the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; your plan remains active until then. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Plan credits do not roll over between billing periods.

We may change prices and plan terms at any time. Changes apply to future billing periods and will be communicated in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to harass, defame, or impersonate any person or organisation;
• Submit content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit, or that violates the rights of others;
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, automate, or extract bulk data from the Service except via supported APIs;
• Use the Service to develop a competing product, or to train another AI model on its outputs;
• Share, resell, or transfer your account access to a third party;
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

The Service, its design, software, and original content are owned by BeEzrat HaShem, Inc. and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Source material cited in answers (videos, articles, halachic texts) remains the property of its respective rights holders. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of questions you submit; by submitting them, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them to operate and improve the Service.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including:

• Stripe for payment processing and subscription management;
• ElevenLabs for synthetic-voice audio playback of answers;
• Amazon Web Services (Bedrock, S3) for AI model hosting and knowledge-base retrieval;
• Anthropic for language-model inference;
• WhatsApp / Meta for optional messaging integration;
• Resend for transactional email;
• PostHog and Intercom for analytics and customer support.

Your use of these providers is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or actions.

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law) will survive.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR ACCURACY OF AI OUTPUT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BEEZRAT HASHEM, INC. AND ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR (B) USD $50.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BeEzrat HaShem, Inc. from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
