Torah is not politics; political involvement has historically harmed Jews and cannot defeat antisemitism. Antisemitism flourishes from our laxity in mitzvot and lack of teshuva; we must bring more Torah light through strengthening our observance. Many "Orthodox" leaders prioritize politics over Torah, promoting anti-Torah policies and non-observant figures, thereby undermining our communities' understanding of Torah. We must stop idolizing politicians, reject false unity that silences critique of heretics promoting anti-Torah agendas, and follow Torah's humble path for exile. Our true defense against antisemitism is teshuva, Torah, and kedusha, not political engagement.
