how much time do you spend learning Torah every day? Not just showing up to shul for minyan and running out. Real limud Torah, sitting with a Gemara or Chumash and learning. Because without Torah protection, we're vulnerable to every type of tragedy.

Begin Torah study with a consistent daily commitment, even 15 minutes, making it non-negotiable. This habit will naturally expand, eventually aiming for at least two hours daily (less can be considered an "am haaretz"). Daily learning, however brief, is paramount; it provides continuous spiritual protection and connection. Make time every day, replacing unproductive activities with Torah.
